Red River Inn and Suites

Nice location with casino in walking distance and pool. But pool was green and full of bugs in the middle of summer. Front desk was reluctant to provide extra towels for our suite housing a family of 6 with 3 beds, but only 4 towels. You must bring dirty towels and pickup clean ones at front desk. Drains did not drain in the sinks, food purchased from the convenience store was expired and there were damages to the room you can see were repaired, kinda. The elevator also had damaged buttons that promted me to take the stairs instead, more of a safety concern for me personally. I hate to complain, but for the money spent, there was so much left to be desired. We didn't choose a small room and cram our family in, we informed them there were 6 of us. We chose to pay more for a 'nice' place to rest on our way through after a long day of driving. But this was not it. I'm sorry again, but I read reviews, so this is for those who do too.

The room was nice and spacious, very clean. Did have a lil trouble with the A/C but it got to working and did get cold throughout the night. The evening lady ( working on 8/25/25 ) was really nice and welcoming. Great customer service. Only thing I do have to say is the breakfast wasnt what I expected this morning not much options and the morning lady at the front desk was sorta rude in saying that there was no food at all for breakfast. Other guests as well were disappointed. I give a 4 star for service for that but other than that. Experience was great.

We had a Jacuzzi tub room was very nice and very clean. It's right down the road from windstar. We stayed at winstar the next night and room rate was same as here but 1/2 the size of the one here, and no Jacuzzi tub. Free breakfast was cold cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker that's it, so not impressed with that but the rest of the stay was awesome.

We enjoy staying here when going to the local casinos. Staff is friendly, rooms always in good shape! Memorial Day weekend we arrived just after midnight and walked into a room with a bad A/C. We let it be as what can be done that time of night? The next morning we notified the counter and left to shop for a few hours. 4.5 hrs later we came back expecting to switch rooms. Nope! They had already put in a new system and the room was already to a comfy temp! Who could ask for more!

The only thing I have to say is they're complimentary. Breakfast really sucked. It was horrible. The bagel was old. There was cereal but no milk. They had the waffle machine. I don't care for sweets like that. They had No fruit at all. The good thing about it. The rooms were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't fast for it. Better room than what I got.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are little dated, but okay for an inexpensive stay. The beds were not comfortable at all. The bed spread reminded me of an outdoor table cloth. The inside seemed clean throughout, but the outside and pool area could use some attention. Overall the staff made it worth the stay. You get what you pay for situation so can't complain much.

Literally next to the parking lot of winstar. It is by the rio entrance but we still walked the whole casino as well as had a concert event. Everyone was super nice and the room was clean. I think it may be a little older building so the shower didn’t have great water pressure. I would stay again.

We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean. I am so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews on here . The manager even gave my son's a double bed room for the price of a king ! 5 stars for the service we received from check in until check out!
